公司資金實力雄厚，技術力量精強，旗下匯集了包含化工、選礦、冶金、分析檢測、礦山機械等相關專業的高層次技術人才，有教授2人，高級工程師4人，工程師6人，其中博士2人，碩士3人。公司技術上不但擁有自己的專家隊伍，還依托中南大學、鄭州大學、武漢理工及昆明理工等知名大學的礦山化工及冶金學科，并與長沙礦冶研究院、北京礦冶研究院、長春黃金研究院、加拿大紐蒙特黃金公司等國內外多家礦冶科研機構建立有長期合作關系。
